Selection
Our catalog now includes over 10,000 of the most current and often requested pre-bound titles. And, as new books are released, we'll constantly be adding the most popular titles to our book list. In addition, our list has been developed with our customers in mind, and customers provide valuable insight into how our catalog should grow and evolve. If there are titles that you know you need, let us know and we'll stock them.

Service
Having the right titles on our book list is one thing. Having the books ready to ship when our customers need them is quite another. We're committed to achieving an eighty percent initial fill rate, with in-stock titles shipping in less than 48 hours. And, if any titles are back-ordered, we'll complete your order in no more than two total shipments, in less than forty-five days from the order placement date. In order to achieve these goals we're increasing stock levels of favorite titles, and we've instituted a comprehensive inventory management system to dramatically reduce back orders.
